A special feature is the rechargeable battery, which is charged by any kind of light and lasts for 6-12 months on a single full charge. The timelessly beautiful edged case is made from polished stainless steel. Under the crystal clear, hard and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal is a dial with matching indices and hands, ensuring an elegant and sophisticated appearance.

This collection beats in time with nature! Because its energy source is environmentally friendly and infinitely available: Light! Not only sunlight, but any kind of light is converted into electrical energy by the solar cell under the dial and stored in a rechargeable secondary battery, a rechargeable battery. There is no need to change batteries frequently. The watch has a power reserve so that - once fully charged - it will run for 6 to 12 months. Even if it is kept in complete darkness during this time.

About Bering
The Arctic means a lot to founder Michael Witt Johansen from Denmark, as his father traveled to Greenland and the Faroer Islands as a salesman for more than 25 years, bringing stories and images from there which have been a very important part of his life. Michael Witt Johansen and his former business partner Lars Gram- Skjønnemann started developing the BERING Design Concept "inspired by arctic beauty".
